What is Breckenridge '08? 

If you are a young adult 22 through 35 years of age and are seeking to grow in your professional life, learn how to integrate Christian principles in all areas of your life, and have a mentor help you grow professionally and spiritually, Breckenridge '08 is for you.

We recognize that the evangelical church in the US and Canada has been virtually ineffective in building lasting relationships with young adults. Yet, young adults are a passionate, energetic, creative, and savvy group on a quest for authentic, genuine relationships and significant, relevant ways to focus and use their talents to make a positive difference in the world.

We want to journey with you as we all learn what it means to bring our lives under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. That is why the mission of Breckenridge ‘08 is to reach, engage, and ultimately empower you for ministry. Breckenridge ’08 will empower you to touch your world by connecting you to other Christian young adults and established Christian professionals.

Breckenridge ‘08 will:

• provide small group experiences with others sharing the same or similar professional goals
• provide you with a year-long mentoring relationship with a Christian professional who has successfully integrated faith and vocation
• provide opportunities for praise and worship
• demonstrate that the Church of the Nazarene believes in and is investing in you
• encourage you as you become a leader in your church, community, and world
